We can provide everything from design to final Certificate of Occupancy. We are responsible for the complete facility (or as complete as you want us to be) from Water systems, med. piping, water boxes, to the furniture, interior decoration, TVs and any thing else you want us to supply and install. Some of the technical developments that are now the industry standard are things that our firm in conjunction with clinical staff created to solve problems. We locate problems that plagued your staff in the past and devise solutions that work before you build your new clinic. We build all reuse rooms so that you can easily switch from one method or reuse to another without needing to make any changes except unplug one type of machine and plug in the other. Change orders is the bane of the construction industry, and unless there are some Medicare or State regulatory changes that take place during the course of construction, you will not see any. We know the codes and the rules under which your clinics will be developed and we make sure you will never get a Medicare correction that deals with the facility. We have NEVER had a Medicare deficiency yet; not in California, New Jersey, New York-not anywhere.
